“Necropolis” is a speculative future world in which the population’s efforts to save the planet have failed. Humanity has perished and left behind their attempted green city to serve as a necropolis. Although the planet has grown uninhabitable, life finds a way; and slowly the planet comes back to life, minus the inhabitants of the necropolis.
